Return conditions
Returns are only possible with prior agreement from LINNAEUS SARL. A package returned without our authorization does not automatically entitle you to a refund or exchange . All costs related to the return (transport, customs, possible taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Return period
Swiss law does not provide for any right of return or withdrawal period for purchases made online.
However, LINNAEUS SARL voluntarily grants its customers a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to request a return.
All requests must be made by email to contact@regne.ch and validated by our team before sending the package.
Taxes, customs fees and other costs
All costs related to VAT, customs duties, and other fees associated with returning the product are the sole responsibility of the customer. LINNAEUS SARL will not be responsible for any costs.

Return Instructions
First contact our customer service at contact@regne.ch to obtain a return authorization.
- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
- Include the invoice or order number.
- Clearly state the reason for the return.
Returns processing
After receiving and checking the product, LINNAEUS SARL will confirm to you in writing whether a refund, exchange or other solution is granted.
Without prior authorization, no refund or exchange will be made.
