Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by LINNAEUS SARL ("the Seller") with consumers and non-professionals ("the Customer"), wishing to acquire the products offered for sale by the Seller on the website www.regne.ch
They specify in particular the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery and management of any returns of products ordered by Customers.
Products
The main characteristics of the products and in particular the specifications, illustrations and indications of dimensions or capacity are presented on the website www.regne.ch
The Customer is required to read this before placing any order.
Orders
The Customer selects the products he wishes to order on the site.
The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price.
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and to immediately report any errors.
Prices and payment terms
Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) including all taxes (TTC).
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-order products.
The Customer can pay by bank card or any other means offered on the site.
Delivery
The products ordered are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Delivery times are specified at the time of ordering and vary depending on the method chosen.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.
Products must be returned in their original condition and complete.
Return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a defective product.
Legal guarantees
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the Customer to return products delivered defective or non-compliant.
Responsibility
The Seller shall not be liable in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the contract attributable to the Customer, the unforeseeable act of a third party or a case of force majeure.
Personal data
The personal data collected from Customers is necessary for processing orders and issuing invoices.
They may be communicated to the Seller's partners responsible for the execution, processing, management and payment of orders.
The Client has the right to access, rectify and oppose their personal data.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of the canton of Geneva, subject to a specific attribution of jurisdiction arising from a particular law or regulation.
